30-Day Returns

We want you to love your new frame. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email support@makoauto.shopas soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review it and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
